Before purchase
Review the product, billing interval, tax and total in checkout. Demo is available without payment. Contact billing support with your purchase reference for payment questions, not your engineering files.
Cancellation
Cancel recurring billing through the payment-provider customer portal linked from your receipt, or contact billing support before renewal. Cancellation prevents future renewal and does not remove historical local results. Access continues until the paid term ends unless a refund or mandatory remedy changes it.
Refunds and statutory rights
Contact billing support if a purchase is incorrect, duplicated or the service fails to provide the purchased access. Include your order reference and a description without production data. Statutory consumer withdrawal, conformity and refund rights are preserved. No blanket “no refunds” rule applies.
Digital supply
Where immediate digital supply affects a statutory withdrawal right, any required express consent and acknowledgement must be obtained during checkout. These terms alone do not waive that right. Eligibility and timing are assessed under applicable law and the payment-provider purchase terms.
After a refund
A refund or chargeback may disable future licensed analysis. It does not delete local records or prevent access to previously saved local results.
